Wj2j Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

By accessing or using the wj2j platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between wj2j and the user.

Wj2j is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions are also available in English; however, the Bangla version is the authoritative text for users in Bangladesh.

To open an account at wj2j, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may open one account only.

Wj2j conducts its Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international regulatory guidelines. Identity verification documents may be requested in the following situations:

• As part of routine random verification checks.

KYC verification typically requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with a recent selfie. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted.

Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wj2j:

• Bonus manipulation through the use of multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Match fixing or misuse of insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using wj2j's brand or logo without authorization.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform for personal gain.

Wj2j believes betting is entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. The mental and financial well-being of every user is our highest priority.

• You can set your own daily/weekly deposit and betting limits at any time.
• If needed, your account can be paused for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• You may request a permanent Self-Exclusion — once this decision is made, the account cannot be reopened.
• Use Parental Control tools to prevent underage users from accessing the platform.

Wj2j reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, wj2j will allow it to be withdrawn — unless forfeiture is required due to a violation.
